Povpre\u010dna prehrana s poudarkom na p\u0161eni\u010dnih izdelkih, \u017eivalskih beljakovinah in nepotrebno velikih koli\u010dinah sladkorja na vsakem koraku na\u0161e telo po\u010dasi a vztrajno zastruplja. Po vrhu pa konstantna vpetost v nepopustljiv delovnik, zahteve ljudi na enem in drugem podro\u010dju zastrupljanje \u0161e pomno\u017eijo. Rezultat je nemiren duh v zakisanem telesu. Posledica tega je pomanjkanje energije in volje, vedno ve\u010dje zdravstvene te\u017eave, problemi v odnosih in nasploh nezadovoljstvo z \u017eivljenjem. Vse to pa vodi v \u0161e ve\u010dji stres in vedno ve\u010dje zakisanje telesa. Postanemo vedno bolj vpeti v cikel vedno ve\u010djih problemov, ki se pojavljajo na vseh podro\u010djih \u017eivljenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Slej kot prej nas \u017eivljenje pripelje do odlo\u010ditve, da je potrebno nekaj spremeniti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Odgovor sodobnega \u017eivljenjskega stila na ta cikel je \u00bbkredit\u00ab v obliki raznih farmacevtskih izdelkov, ki v veliki ve\u010dini delujejo kot prispodoba pometanja smeti pod preprogo. Omenjen kredit pa je slej kot prej potrebno z obrestmi popla\u010dati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"\">Iz cikla se lahko u\u010dinkovito re\u0161imo s spremembami na\u0161ega \u017eivljenjskega stila. Navadno ena sprememba ni dovolj. Marsikje lahko sli\u0161imo: spremeni, kako razmi\u0161lja\u0161 in svet se ti bo spremenil. To dr\u017ei, ampak samo v primeru, da na\u0161e novo mi\u0161ljenje podpremo in prizemljimo z novimi odlo\u010ditvami in dejanji. Ni lahko spremeniti na\u010dina razmi\u0161ljanja, \u0161e te\u017eje je sprejemati druga\u010dne odlo\u010ditve, najte\u017eje je pri teh spremembah vztrajati. Ampak \u010de nas je cikel problemov dovolj nau\u010dil, je vse od tega dosti la\u017eje. \u010ce nismo pretirano strogi sami do sebe in \u010de spremembe vpeljemo po\u010dasi, korak za korakom, je \u0161e la\u017eje. Ko vidimo rezultate na\u0161ega truda, postane tudi nadaljnja vztrajnost \u017ee skoraj samoumevna. Ker ve\u010dina hrane in stresno \u017eivljenje na na\u0161e telo deluje zakisevalno, se mora na\u0161e telo konstantno truditi, da ohranja pH na\u0161e krvi. \u010ce postane napor prevelik, pravimo, da je na\u0161e telo zakisano. To lahko opazimo sprva v obliki nepojasnjene utrujenosti.
